A miracle seed! More protein than beans, more omegas than salmon, more antioxidants than blueberries, and loaded with minerals and fibre. Much easier than flax seeds to use, as flax needs to be ground and eaten immediately (it will go rancid within hours), but chia does not need to be ground, and will not go rancid. Just soak it in water or any liquid, and will gel.
