3T olive Oil 1 Clv garlic minced 3 stalks celery chopped 3 carrots, peeled & chopped 1 onion diced 10 oz box fzn spinach (unthawed) 2 cans crm chix soup 2 cans water 32 oz chix broth Family size pckg cheese or chicken tortellini, half cooked  Put olive oil in bottom of large stock pot Saute garlic, celery, carrots & onions til tender  Add fzn spinach. Break up blocks of s pinach  Continue to saute til spinach thaws Add crm of chix soup & water Add chix broth & tortellini Heat & Serve
