Apple Cinnamon Water - friend tried this swore it gave more energy - stopped bloating , detoxed - speed up metabolism . After a week I'm impressed how fast seems to be working . 1 sliced apple & teaspoon of cinnamon in a jug with a litre of water , it said use cold water & ice but I use boiling water & leave for a few hours then add the ice . add water 2 more times before throwing the apple out
