Southwestern Stuffed Spaghetti Squash Do NOT put the WHOLE squash in the oven. About 47 minutes into cooking the squash it EXPLOADED all over the oven. We heard a big BOOM! It was a big mess. Luckily most of the squash ended up on the baking sheet. I still made the recipe with the rest of the ingredients and put it in a casserole dish to cook. It was great. Cut the squash in half or vent it.
