The public has a right to see what they don't what you to see.
Muhammad appeared in the 2001 South Park episode "Super Best Friends". The image was later removed from the 2006 episode "Cartoon Wars" and the 2010 episodes "200" and "201" due to controversies regarding Muhammad cartoons in European newspapers.
The content of this speech is not as significant as the fact that this episode only aired once on t.v. and was heavily censored anyway. The controversial speech came under fire after threats of religious violence for the depiction of Muhammad, which is why it's included here. Ridiculing the sacred and bringing it to the level of the profane was met here with nearly tragic results.
