This is not my diary but a link to some great inspirational quotes after the jump. There's also a fair bit on replacement therapies. But using a replacement implies I'm "depriving" myself of something. I never want to feel like I'm missing out by subsituting something else if I feel like a cigarette. The aim is to change my mindset about smoking. I won't miss out on anything when I quit because smoking does nothing for me - but I will miss out on so much more of life if I CONTINUE to smoke.
