Smashed Cauliflower Recipe - SO VERY GOOD. I let the broth boil down to almost nothing and then added the cheese and butter - let it "simmer" while constantly stirring even longer to get desired consistency. Very good!

Creamy Mashed Cauliflower like Ruby Tuesday - this was pretty easy and delish! I had to steam the cauliflower in 2 batches. Also, the white pepper gave it a little kick. I loved it, my 4yo did not appreciate it LOL so be warned.

cauliflower 2 fresh garlic cloves 3/4 cup Plain greek yogurt  3/4 cup shredded cheese (set aside a bit for topping) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried parsley flakes salt & pepper to taste chop cauliflower into smaller pieces. place about 1/4-1/2 inch of water in the bottom of a large frying pan. Put cauliflower and garlic on high heat, cover, steam for about 8-10 minutes until it starts to get soft, not mushy. drain Add to a bowl with rest of ingredients and mash together well!
