Halloumi and Tomato Salad Platter (5:2 Diet)

Quick Cucumber Kimchi Ingredients 2 pickling cucumbers or other small cucumbers (about 8 ounces) 1 teaspoon kosher salt 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 2 scallions, white and light green parts only, finely chopped 1 1/4-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablespoon Korean chile powder (see Note) 2 teaspoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce (see Note)

Slimming world dips. Sync free. Party dips.  Hummus- tin of chickpeas, chopped up garlic, small amount of water and optional extras such as pepper/lemon. (All blended together). Tzatziki dip- pot of fat free Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped garlic and cucumber grated. (All mixed together and placed in fridge)

Here's how I made them: • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • 1 small can solid white albacore tuna (5oz) 1/2 stalk chopped celery 2 Tbs finely chopped red onion 3 Tbs chopped baby dill pickles (about 2) 2 Tbs plain Greek yogurt  sea salt, pepper,  mrs.
