All coatis have a slender head with an elongated, flexible, slightly upward-turned nose, small ears, dark feet, and a long, non-prehensile tail used for balance and signaling. While eating at night won't cause weight gain, eating a large meal that makes you exceed your daily calorie intake will. If you want to drop pounds, try this tactic: make lunch and breakfast your largest meals of the day, and make dinner a smaller meal
"Healthy Santa Fe Chicken (crock pot) 1C= 4 WW Pts+. A WINNER!!! I had 3 lbs of chicken (4 lg chicken breasts), so I made a double batch, however, I didn't double the broth or cayenne pepper. Next time my only change will be to keep the cilantro out and use it as a garnish with the green onions. We also topped this with shredded cheese and sour cream. SO YUMMY!!!"
