Sleep Paralysis-I experience this every so often and I just learned from my Psychology professor that it does no harm. Just want to spread the word in case others that suffer from it don't know what it is.

I have sleep paralysis and I can definitely say that it's quite terrifying.

I've had it happen twice and it felt like i was going to die . I could literally see a demon holding me down . My sis just happen to walk in and jump on me and saved me . That shit is scary as'f i swear .
