CHARCOAL GRILLED SALMON IN A CAST IRON SKILLET.       1 1/2 pound fresh wild caught salmon. Basting glaze : 2tbs paul perdome salmon season. 2tbs brown sugar. 1tsp smoked paprika. 1tbs mayo and 1-2tbs evoo to make glaze spreadable. Baste as salmon cooks. Begin skin side down, flip and remove skin, baste as it grills about 15 minutes total at 400*. Easy ~ KIDS LOVED!

Seared salmon for dayssss  This time over zoodles & arugula with homemade cashew pesto  . Rinse salmon, season with S + P. Heat avocado oil in cast iron skillet on medium until hot but not smoking. Lay salmon skin up to sear the surface, turn heat down and let cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip to cook the rest.
