This simple yoga workout gives you 10 yoga poses you should do every day. You can do these almost anywhere, at anytime, and you WILL feel amazing! How long does it take? Only 5 minutes if you do them all! Try to hold each pose for at least 30 seconds. You can run through them all at once, or scatter them throughout the day.
One pose will be done on the inhale and the next on the exhale. The result is a fast-paced flow that gets your heart rate up, and hopefully gets you lost in movement. Flow through 3-4 times on each side (should take 15-20 minutes)
