This is a good example of shallow depth of field because all of the background is blurred out and all you can see is the foreground and the mini Effiel Tower. I think this photograph has quite a depressing, lonely mood because of the colours and how the photograph is framed and angled.

Depth of Field Photography: To me it kind of looks like the little tower is looking up to the bigger tower as inspiration.

This shows shallow depth of field because the tunnel in the background is not as clear as the object in the foreground. This was achieved with a low f number.

You Know Just Some Lolz :D

Here's another example of shallow depth of field using a snail and a train track. The picture gives somewhat the illusion of the snail trying to look out for an oncoming train.

Autumn tree: I like the angle of this shot because it enhances the trees large size. Additionally I like the shallow depth of field, focussing the lower leaf yet enhancing its colour with the out of focus background.

Caroline I chose this picture because it has excellent depth of field photography. I like this picture because its very neat.

Daisy - The photo is an example of Shallow Depth of Field where the single flower in the foreground is sharp and in focus while the background is blurred.

I chose this because it contrasts the foreground and the background partly by the use of varying focus. This eccentuates the depth in this photo.

I really like how this picture captures shallow depth of field. I like how the glasses fade out of focus and merge with the background

shallow depth of field, night scene

This photo of a light was created using a shallow depth of field. This captures the focus, which is the light, well as the rest of London is blurred in the background.

This picture is so cool because it captures the light up close, as well as light that's farther away. Neither takes away from the other, but you're still able to tell that the focused light bulb is the focal point.

Depth of Field and the Hard to Find Bokeh

I chose this picture because it includes bokeh to emphasize depth of field. I also like these type of light bulbs because they are old fashioned.
