Slow cooker rice pudding: 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz) ~ 5 cups whole milk ~ 1.5 cups rice (I used long grain white) ~ 1 Tbs. cinnamon ~ 1.5 tsp. vanilla extract Whisk condensed milk, whole milk, and cinnamon in slow cooker. Stir in rice. Cook on high for 3 hours or until most of the liquid is absorbed stirring once every hour (mine took 3.25 hrs.) Remove inner pot and stir in vanilla. Serve with more cinnamon or strawberries.
