Chocolate Squares a la LCHF. (The Scandinavians have so many terrific recipes! This one's Norwegian.) 1/4 c. butter, 3-3.5 ounces very dark chocolate, 2 eggs, ½ cup heavy cream, 1 ½ tablespoons Truvia, 1/2 t vanilla, 1 t baking soda. Melt butter and chocolate, cool. Beat the eggs and whisk in other ingredients. Line a small baking pan with foil, pour in batter, bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes or until set. Frost or decorate as desired.
