Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos 1 lb jalapenos 1 lb bulk sausage 1 8 oz block of softened cream cheese 1 C shredded Parm cheese Prep the jalapenos by removing tops and cutting in half lengthwise. Remove seeds. Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain. Mix in cream cheese Parm cheese until everything is well incorporated. Fill the jalapenos. Spoon approx 1 T filling into each jalapeno. Spray pan w/non stick spray bake @ 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve.
