1 cup Bisquick Mix. 4 eggs, beaten. 1 cup shredded cheese. 1 pound cooked sausage. Cook sausage, put Bisquick in bowl, beat eggs, mix with Bisquick. Add cheese and cooked sausage and mix well. It'll take some elbow grease to get it mixed good. I promise, it might look funny and like it's not going to be enough liquid, but it is. Pour into muffin tin sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle extra cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Try Sausage Gravy on the side for extra flavor!
