Perfect Eye of Round Roast - i made this and the while reading the recipe i had to wonder if this was really what i should do with the temperature but trust me - it works perfectly for this piece of meat. I did a rub similar to this one (thyme, garlic powder, salt/pepper) and it was awesome - almost like a prime rib. I left my gas oven on the lowest temp for 2 hours. Yummy!
