These plum dumplings are a traditional Romanian dessert made of fresh plums rolled into a soft potato dough, covered with a breadcrumb-sugar mixture.
Had Papanasi when in Romania.. they were plate-finger-licking good..... crunchy and soft, packed with flavour...they were better with the sour cherry jam... yummmmmmm....
