Robert Hudson Walker, Jr. (born April 15, 1940) is an American actor. Walker was born in Queens, New York and is the elder son of actors Robert Walker and Jennifer Jones. He attended The Lawrenceville School near Princeton before beginning his acting career. A younger brother, Michael Walker, died in 2007.
Robert Walker is probably best known for his work in the Hitchcock film 'Strangers on a Train' as well as his work with then wife Jennifer Jones in 'Since You Went Away'. Walker was an incredible performer, who demonstrated incredible versatility in his short career. Walker's career was cut short by his death in 1951 at age 32.
