Garlic Rubbed Roasted Cabbage Steaks Recipe ♦ 2lb head cabbage, 1" slices • 1½ Tbs olive oil • 2-3 large garlic cloves, smashed • salt • black pepper • olive oil spray OR non-stick cooking spray ♦ 400º ♦ spray pan, rub both sides w/ garlic, spread olive oil both sides, sprinkle salt n pepper both sides ♦ 30 min each side until lightly brown and crispy.
