I made this workout calendar because I hate doing the same workout every day for a week.  This calendar combines the workouts from Jillian Michaels' "Ripped in 30" and "30 Day Shred" DVDs as well as the "100 Workout" (which you can google or find on Pinterest)...That being said, you will need those DVDs.  This workout calendar gives you a different workout every day, which allows for some variety; rather than doing the same Level/Week for 5-7 days which is boring.
