Rhubarb Cobbler from Pioneer Woman. Used bread flour instead of all purpose, used 1 cup of sugar on the rhubarb and the other half cup in the topping. Creamed sugar with butter (haven't tried it with lard) then added flour alternately with liquids.
Rhubarb and ginger crumble: This recipe takes a classic rhubarb crumble and gives it a twist with the addition of ginger and star anise to the fruit and a crunchy brown sugar topping. Serve with cream.
