Remodelling project on 1960s estate house in Hampshire. The design reduced the palette of materials and introduced multiple shallow mono pitched roofs, aluminium windows, Cedar cladding and rendered elevations.

This development was of a 4 Bed-roomed dormer bungalow located in the centre of Helston. It was designed to provide a more contemporary look to make it stand out from the neighbouring properties. We used Western red cedar cladding and natural slate to enhance the quality look of the property.
