Guided meditation- 18mins. So I tried this 'deep relaxation' meditation, and ended up so relaxed I accidentally took an unplanned (but entirely pleasant) nap! Whoops! That'll teach me not to meditate lying down! Anyway, super effective with a super soothing voice. would do again.
