When the worlds of pizza and tacos combine, the result looks pretty good—and tastes even better! Sauté 8 oz. uncased chicken sausage in small pieces. Remove. Add 1 cup tomato sauce to the same pan (using the sausage oils to enhance flavor). Place 3 ORTEGA SOFT TORTILLAS (Flour or Whole Wheat) on a baking sheet. Top with 2 oz. of the tomato sauce. Top the crumbled chicken sausage over the tomato sauce. Top with ⅓ cup shredded mozzarella and ⅓ cup ORTEGA BLACK BEANS. Cook until cheese melts.

Sausage rolls 1lb. pizza dough, 1 lb. Italian sausage, 1/2 cup parm. cheese.  Roll out dough like a pizza, cover with uncased sausage, sprinkle parm cheese, roll up like a cinnamon roll, slice, form balls, bake on cookie sheet greased with olive oil 375 degrees for 40-45 mins. until golden.

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.  Stir in Kale and broth. Add 4c water. Bring to boil. Add tortellini and cook for 3 min  Whisk flour in 1/2c water. Add to pot and cook for 3 more min.
