It’s a cheesy pasta dish with Kielbasa sausage and garnished with chopped scallions. Added: Hot sauce, mushrooms, crushed red pepper, smoked paprika, substituted sour cream for heavy cream (added at the end) and cut the cheese back. Try Cajun seasoning next time, too. Yum!
