This was a little effortful the first time, but I think, in the future, I'll be able to throw this together in about 20 minutes. Boil water, start rice in rice cooker, cook lentils, mix spices together in coconut milk. Once lentils are done, mix in spices/coconut milk. Then rice is done. BAM. Also, I cooked the rice with half water, half coconut milk, and salt.

Pork Chop w/rice crockpot INGREDIENTS: 4 pork chops 1 cup rice, uncooked 1 envelope onion soup mix 1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup 2 cups water PREPARATION: Pour rice into crockpot. Sprinkle with 1/3 onion soup mix. Place pork chops over rice. Pour mushroom soup over all. Sprinkle remaining onion soup mix over all. Add water. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
