Chana masala recipe is delicious. I made it with canned garbanzo beans, dumped all can contents in, reduced the recipe salt by half, used curry powder in place of curry leaves, and didn't cook it down as thick as shown here. I also just squished up a couple of garbanzo beans instead of adding the garbanzo flour. It went awesome with jasmine rice but would have been better with basmati. It's staying in our recipe collection.
