To dress: 1 tbsp Pesto, Juice of half a lemon, Good drizzle olive oil. Top with basil and black pepper. For a main course, serve with warm wholemeal pitta breads and some homemade hummous (chickpeas + garlic + lemon juice = easy peasey hoummous).
