Fusilli with sausage, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes. This recipe is an adaptation from Giada's original one, so I haven't actually tried this blogger's recipe yet. If you go to this link, Giada's recipe is at the bottom so you can decide for yourself. Giada's is delicious and family-approved! I use gluten-free pasta and venison sausage.
Drunk Deer Chili: I used Venison Sausage, Grass fed beef and oven roasted (in husk) corn on the cob instead of all the meat. Added chipotle peppers in adobe sauce (2tbsp) instead of 3rd tbsp of Chili Powder, and lastly used 1 1/2 cups beef broth (had no beef cubes). Would suggest leaving out water even if using beef cubes, as chili gets pretty thin. Served with Mexican Cornbread.
