Im trying this for the first time but I used coconut oil, rice vinegar, and almond meal instead. Hopefully it comes out good ! I added a pinch of cayenne pepper ! It was amazing! This is definitely a favorite and will be used again very soon!
We had it with the sundries tomato/basil pesto. Would be good with regular pesto as well. A delicious and easy mid week meal. Just 3 minutes prep and 30 minutes in the oven to make this Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil Pesto Chicken
