This green lentil lasagne is an extremely tasty, vegetarian family recipe. With delicious melted mozzarella within and a tasty cheese crust on top (both reduced fat) complementing the nutty flavour of the green lentils, this truly is something different.
Baked Ravioli... seems a heck of a lot easier than traditional lasagna! *UPDATE*: We had this for dinner tonight, and it was pretty good! I just greased a 9x13 pan, poured a layer of tomato sauce (~1/3 jar), then placed the FROZEN ravioli in one flat layer, then spooned more sauce (~1/3 jar) to cover them. Sprinkled with about 1 cup shredded mozzarella, and covered with foil. Baked for about 30 minutes @ 375º (I would recommend closer to 45 min). Yummy!
