~ Steak Tips with Peppered Mushroom Gravy. Quick & low-cal from Cooking Light.  Uses sirloin, mushrooms, shallots. I added 1 T worcestershire sauce & 3 T red wine.  Use less thyme. If a little sour cream is added toward end, it's just like stroganoff.  Very filling, wintery comfort food. Serve w good bread for sopping the thick gravy.
