Started the 100 push-ups challenge this morning.  Following the middle row of sets on a MWF plan.  We'll see if my push-ups are much improved by the end of 6 weeks!

Anthony and I are going to start the 100 pushup challenge next Monday. The plan sets it up so that in 6 weeks you're able to do a lot more pushups than when you started. Take a look at the site :)
