2 1/2 Cups Vinegar 1/8 teaspoon Purple Food Coloring (I use this neon version cause I want it to be vibrant) You can use blue & red food coloring to make purple as well but make sure you use more blue than red.
Darlings! My new favorite toner is #Goldwell 10Pearl! It takes out the yellow & doesn't allow any red. Try it blondes! You'll get into geriatric shades in no time. Bleach to the roots every 3 weeks and I tone it every 2. I wash it with purple shampoo. Exhausted aren't you... But it's totes fun. #whitehair #tonerlife
So beautiful!! Christina Kreitel created this with @GuyTangHairArtist's #KenraColor #MetallicObsession Natural level 5. She toned pre-lightened hair with SV and VP Rapid Toner. Dried and applied 7VM + Violet permanent with 10 vol at the root. Smudged in alternating sections with 8VM Demi and 9VM+10SM Demi.
