Pumpkin Protein Muffins INGREDIENTS: 1/2 can of pumpkin purée , 30 grams PEScience Snickerdoodle Select Protein, 2 egg whites, 18 grams coconut flour, 10 grams PB2, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp vanilla stevia, 1 tsp stevia, 1/2 tsp baking powder DIRECTIONS: Mix ingredients and divide into lined muffin tins.
