Psalms 40:1-3 I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God.
"Occasionally weep deeply over the life that you hoped would be. Grieve the losses. Feel the pain. Then wash your face trust God and embrace the life that hes given you. The reason for that counsel is 1 Thessalonians 4:13 where Paul says 'We do not want you to be uninformed . . . about those who are asleep' about those who have died 'that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope.' So theres real grieving which he expects and theres hope. Grieving is real losses are real pain is real
