Gordan Ramsey red wine sauce for steaks: 250g shallots sliced, 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 garlic clove lightly crushed, sprig rosemary, 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 400ml red wine, 400ml beef or brown chicken stock preferably homemade, knob of butter

Prime Rib Seasoning ~~Prime Rib Seasoning Ingredients~2 tbls sea salt ~2 tbls ground coffee ~1 1/2 tbls ground pepper ~1 1/2 tsp garlic powder ~1 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 1/2 tsp celery seed Directions~Mix all ingredients together and store in a glass container. Use 1 tablespoon per pound of prime rib.
