When I first started yoga I was focused on relaxing and becoming more flexible. I have improved on those things but I've also learned how helpful yoga can be in all parts of my life. Try something new, get out of your comfort zone, and don't focus on the stereotype that yoga is only for flexible people.
A lot of these may look easy, but these will teach the patience and basic strength required for a lot of the super awesome, significantly harder poses and flows that we see everywhere. DON’T NEGLECT THESE!
