Dill Pickled Garlic       Ingredients:  4 cups peeled garlic cloves  1 1/2 cups white vinegar  1 1/2 cups water  2 tablespoons pickling salt  2 tablespoon minced fresh dill  1 teaspoons black peppercorns  2 teaspoons yellow mustard seeds

Pickled Garlic :)Makes: About 2 pints  1/4 cup sugar  1 cup cider vinegar  2 tsp. salt  1 bay leaf  1/4 tsp. mixed peppercorns (green, red, black, white; just one color is okay too)  1 1/2 tsp. yellow mustard seeds  1/2 tsp. celery seeds  8 heads fat-cloved garlic, peeled -

Pickled Garlic, Peel garlic cloves and place in a sterilized jar along with red bell peppers. Add a few small bay leaves, a few peppercorns, a pinch of oregano, a pinch of red hot pepper flakes,and a pinch of salt. Pour in about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fill the rest of the jar up with white vinegar. Place in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 weeks for optimum flavor.
