Alligator Eggs (Cajun Pickled Eggs) – They're chicken eggs, pickled with Cajun spices - A recipe straight out of the Louisiana swamp, hence the name, Alligator Eggs. I'll tell you, These eggs are absolutely wonderful! They have just the right amount of kick & a subtle hint of vinegar. Nothing overpowering, like you can find in other pickled eggs!
