Here is a nice rear Delt variation I invented today using the old school pec deck machine. This really matches the strength curve of the rear delt as the machine provides resistance somewhat perpendicularly at the beginning making it harder where the muscle is in a stronger position and becomes lighter at the back with a muscle is weakest.
