Christmas 1956:  Santa brought me a Jerry Mahoney doll.  I remember entertaining my nieces and nephews with my new found ventriloquist skills during our Christmas Day gathering.  I was certain I was destined to be a great ventriloquist like Paul Winchell.  Throwing your voice is much harder than you might think!  Needless to say my interest in my new Jerry Mahoney doll faded quickly.....
