Melanie Bowles: a designer, researcher, writer and lecturer at Chelsea College of Art and Design. I have been enjoying recreating 'old school' printing effects inspired by Post Modernism, Half tone, photocopy and overlays techniques to create a hand screen printed look.
Asami Ohara is a textiles and embroidery designer, graduating the Glasgow School of Art in 2015. She creates unique abstract patterns and introduces new stitches with her knowledge of hand embroidery techniques. In her design process, photography and collage drawing are often applied to colour and composition analysis.
