FABULOUS PIÑA COLADA DRINK! ¼ cup/2 oz. Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Rum; ¼ cup/2 oz. Coco Lopez CREAM OF COCONUT (NOT coconut milk); ½ cup/4 oz. Pineapple Juice; 2 cups Ice. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend thoroughly until smooth. Pour into tulip shaped serving glass, top with a straw, umbrella and a piece of pineapple. Enjoy!
