Crispy Pan-Fried (Chinese) Noodle Cakes using thin egg noodles that are labeled Hong Kong Style Pan Fried Noodles or Chow Mein - pan-fried until they form a crispy-on-the-outside, tender-in-the-middle cake with link to recipe w seafood and fresh shiitakes
Added a ton more veggies (green onions, carrots, peppers and beans) an swapped the chicken to prawns. Cooked the veggies, added the sauce and prawns cooked down and set aside. Meanwhile I cooked the noodles. Fried them once the veggies were done.
