The Pain Killer (Alternative recipe: 4 oz unsweetened pineapple juice 1 oz orange juice 1 oz coco lopez coconut cream 2 oz 95 proof Pusser’s rum)- I'm not a big drinker,. But being pregnant last summer made me crave yummy cocktails. I will indulge a little this summer!
