I've been doing beachbody for almost a year now. I have done 21 day fix, 21 day fix extreme, focus T 25, body beast, hammer and chisel, and some P 90 X. I like to do a variety of workouts! . If I had some cheat meals over the weekend and feel an extra jiggle i'll focus on cardio intensive workouts like P 90 X or focus T 25. If I want to increase my muscle mass, I'll do workouts like 21 day fix extreme, body beast, or hammer and chisel. . I love following the 21 day fix meal plan daily! I
