Overnight Oatmeal - 1/3 cup oats 1/3 cup milk 1/3 cup greek yogurt 1 tsp chia seeds lots or little mix ins (it's up to you!) Mix all ingredients in a small container. Cover. Let sit in the fridge overnight. Next morning eat and enjoy! It may be eaten cold or warmed up. The oatmeal will stay for 2-4 days depending on your mix ins.
